Kerala hair and skin clinic connects marketing, bookings and a doctor portal on Zoho
A Kerala clinic in practice since 2017 linked eight Zoho apps so marketing, front desk and doctors work from the same data, including a Zoho Creator portal for doctors.
The clinic runs social media and email campaigns to attract patients, and doctors track each patient's progress with photos.
The problem
