Is Zoho One cheaper than individual apps?
It usually is once you use four or five apps or more across most users. For two or three apps, individual licences can cost less. We compare both before you buy.
Do we have to roll out every app at once?
No, and we advise against it. We start with two or three core apps and add more once they are in daily use.
Do we have to use all the apps in Zoho One?
No. Most businesses start with a few apps and add others when they are ready. The licence covers all of them, so there is no extra cost to add one.
