What does a Zoho implementation partner actually do?
We analyse your requirements, map your processes, choose and configure the right Zoho apps, customise and integrate them, migrate your data, train your team, and support you after go-live. We can also supply the licences.
How is a Zoho implementation priced?
Pricing depends on scope. We work on fixed-price, time-and-material or project-based models, and recommend one after requirement analysis. Zoho licence costs are separate and depend on the apps, edition and users.
How long does a Zoho project take?
It depends on the number of apps, integrations, data to migrate and how quickly decisions are made. We confirm a plan after requirement analysis, and roll out in phases so your team starts using the first apps early.
Should we buy Zoho One or individual apps?
If you will use four or five apps or more across most of your team, Zoho One is usually worth pricing. For two or three apps, individual licences are often simpler and cheaper. We compare both before you buy.
Can you migrate our data from Tally, Excel or another CRM?
Yes. We clean and de-duplicate data first, map it to Zoho, run trial imports and reconcile counts and balances with you before go-live.
Can Zoho work with WhatsApp?
Yes. Zoho has a native WhatsApp integration, and most WhatsApp Business providers connect to Zoho, so conversations are logged in Zoho CRM or Zoho Desk.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. We have an office in Dubai, UAE and clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia and Mauritius, and have delivered Zoho projects in Uganda.
Does Zoho Books handle GST, UAE VAT, ZATCA and EFRIS?
Zoho Books has country editions for GST in India, VAT in the UAE and ZATCA e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia. Uganda's EFRIS needs an integration, which we build.
Can you take over a Zoho setup another partner started?
Yes. We review the existing setup first, then fix, extend and support it. Often the answer is better configuration rather than more licences.
Do you provide support after go-live?
Yes. We handle issues, change requests and new requirements, and review the setup periodically to improve it.
